Solid  Wood Cabinetry is exactly that, “All Wood”. Each cabinet is built  with carbon certified plywood. The cabinet faces are made of Canadian Maple, Brazilian Cherry, American Walnut, or American Oak.What are Assembled Cabinets?
These are new 100% All Wood cabinets professionally built, to your requirements, by our trained cabinet builders.

What are the wood doors made from?
Wood doors are built from 100% Canadian Maple, Brazilian Cherry, American Walnut, or American Oak.

What type of drawers are in All Wood Cabinetry?
All Wood Cabinetry drawer boxes are 4-sided, built from 5/8” thick solid hardwood and assembled with dovetail carpentry joints. The drawers also feature a fully captured, 1/4″ thick plywood floor. All Wood drawers glide smoothly on concealed runners which are epoxy coated so they will never rust! Full-extension, soft-close drawer guides.

What is the interior finish of the cabinets?
All cabinets interior are painted to match exterior finish.

How do you use my information?
Any information you provide will only be used by Pulcher USA, Inc. and our affiliates to process your order or inquiry. We do not sell of share any information with third parties.

How long will it take to receive my cabinets after placing an order?

From ordering to delivery takes approximately  six to eight weeks.

 

What’s next if I want to purchase cabinetry or countertops for my project?

Call our sales department. Based on your project drawings, we will give you a detailed estimate within 24 hours.

 

What do you need to prepare a price quote?

Simply give our sales department a call (408-733-1520) if you are working with an interior designer or an architect ,just send us your architectural drawing and your budget to our office.

 

How will my cabinets be packaged and shipped?

All cabinets will be shipped flat packed and shipped according to the order.

Will the cabinets and countertops be delivered to my project job site?

Yes, all orders include delivery to either your job site or to the project warehouse. The terms of delivery are indicated on the purchase order.

Are the cabinets and granite tops ready to install?

All cabinets are ready to assemble .Stone countertops arrive in whole pieces polished and profiled. Cuts and installation are on site.

How do I measure my kitchen or bathroom project?
We offer instructions on “How to Measure” just follow the instructions or contact us and one of our kitchen designers will help.

How do I design my kitchen or bathroom project?
We offer a Deluxe Design Package where our kitchen designers will work with you to design your kitchen or bath project. The service includes a floor plan with measurements, a 3D perspective view, complete cabinet listing and pricing. You will need to fill out our Deluxe Design Form and fax that to us at 408-733-1520. There is a $100 charge for this service. If you decide to order with us, this $100 will be credited to the whole order price.

What is Your Privacy Policy?
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

What are the Pulcher’s Sales Policies?
All of our cabinets are made to order. Therefore we cannot accept order cancellations.  Change order are accepted.  It is very important that you are sure that your order is complete and correct before placing it.

What if I need to exchange a cabinet for a different size?
All cabinets are built-to-order. However, if you need a different size of cabinet we will be happy to make a change order for you.

What if I need an additional cabinet? 
If you require an additional cabinet, accessory or piece of molding, we will be happy place a change order.

What is a change order? 
A change order is an order amended your original purchase when you need a different size or additional materials, all shipping charges, material cost, tax applicable.

What are the Shipping Costs?
Freight costs are already calculated into the order. Please Note: Charges will NOT process until you confirm your order. 

How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped, to the home or job site, via the most efficient national carrier.

What about Damages?
We make every effort possible to ensure that you receive your order without damage, however on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that will cause damage during the shipping process. Please review the instructions under Policies for details regarding Receivingproducts and reporting Damages.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Showroom and samples can be shown outside of operating hours by appointment. We are not open on Sundays and holidays.

Order Placement

2. Orders received by www.Pulcherusa.com by 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, will be processed within 48 hours

Order Verification
1. All orders are subject to approval by Purchasing Department.   order conformation will be e-mailed to customer after the order is verified and credit card authorization is approved.
2. Orders must be complete and include all required information.

 

Order Changes

All cabinets are built-to-order. However, if you need a different size of cabinet  or order addition cabinets and materials we will be happy to make a change order for you.

 

Order Cancellations

All of our cabinets are made to order. Therefore we cannot accept order cancellations.  Change order are accepted.

Out of Stock
1. In the event of an out of stock item, www.Pulcherusa.com will contact customer and advise of out of stock status.
2. Backordered items will ship freight prepaid and you will not incur added shipping charges.

Lead-Time
From the time of the ordering to the time of deliver is approximately 6-8 weeks.

Freight/Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Orders will be shipped, to home or job site.
2. All shipments are valid for one customer, to one location in the continental United States.
3. Deliveries are made to home or job site of the purchaser only.
4. All shipments will be palletized and shrink wrapped, or floor loaded and hand stacked.
5. Shipping and handling charges cover one delivery attempt to customer.  In the event that, due to customer availability or other customer circumstance, an order is not deliverable, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping and handling.
6. Standard deliveries are tailgate delivery only. For this type of delivery (per ICC regulations), drivers are only required to bring product to the tailgate (end) of the vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove product from truck.
7. Other delivery options are available at an additional charge and Customer will be responsible for any such charges including but not limited to: appointment scheduling, re-delivery, non-tailgate delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate service, etc. Charges will be applied before delivery on sales order. If additional shipping needs are required please call us at 1-408-733-1520

Receiving
1. The customer must receive, inspect, and sign for all deliveries.
2. If the item(s) that you purchased become damaged during shipment please document the damage with the freight company upon delivery and notify us immediately by calling 1-408-733-1520.
3. Items should be checked against the bill of lading and packing slip supplied by driver for each delivery.
4. The bill of lading indicates the number of cartons in the delivery. It does not represent the number of pieces as some items may be boxed together such as molding, hardware, etc.
5. Cartons with multiple items will have separate labels on the carton for each item included and be so labeled on the packing slip.

Damage/Defective 
1. If the item(s) that you purchased become damaged during shipment please document the damage with the freight company upon delivery and notify us immediately by calling 1-408-733-1520.
2. Customer must report concealed (non visible) damages within 24 hours of deliver and a replacement part will be shipped No Charge with freight prepaid. If the customer does not report the damage within 24 hours of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase a new item to include purchase price + shipping & handling.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and to communicate your order.
